Time For a Quick One

Viewing today @ 4:15pm. Absolute top-end of my budget, but may be furnished to the degree you see on "property porn".

    Is it pissing down like it is down here? Probably the best time to view a property is when the weather is atrocious - if you like it then, you'll like it anyhow. Will be waiting here like a coiled spring to see how you get on ;o)

    Good luck with that. If it's in a good area and it's nicely furnished, you'll find it'll be worth every bowl of pasta and jacket potato you'll be eating for the duration of your groovy tenancy.

    Does that mean when you invite us round for the house warming, we'll have to mind our manners and not spill red wine on the beige/white carpet?
