Yup. Being a human being is bloody hard work and at times mystifying. I know where you're coming from - my favourite expression is 'up and down like a fiddler's elbow' though Kryten sums it up pretty well.

Have you ever had a nerve start randomly twitching in your eye? I did today, desperately hoping the person opposite me didn't think i was winking at them.
